One thing to remember is that Estes Park has an altitude of more than 7500 feet, which is more than a mile higher than Wichita, Kansas. The effects of alcohol are magnified at high altitudes, so that you can enjoy a beer later. Consider ordering a 10 oz glass is not a glass of beer to help compensate for the altitude.
