Resurrection of the National Museum Exhibition forged
In the framework of National Resurrection Day commemoration on 20 May 2009, Resurrection of the National Museum will hold a photo exhibition documentation.
Head of the National Museum Resurrection Drs Edy Suwardi said in Jakarta on Friday, the event that the exhibition will be opened on 20 May and lasts until May 27.
Edy add photos that will be in the Showcase are photographs relating to the history of national movement, particularly on Boedi Oetomo youth as the vanguard organization in Indonesia.
Gait Boedi Oetomo indirectly affect the independence of Indonesia in 1945.
This event is held as a means of socialization to better introduce the museum as a tourism and education to the community.
Other events to be held is the exhibition and discussion on the 26 to 31 May in collaboration with one of the University in Padang. And on June 10 will be held discussion on the history of national movement of India.
Museum occupies the former building STOVIA this event will also be a Saturday-week camp (persami) with 250 participants scouts selected from five areas in Jakarta are also in June.
Resurrection of the National Museum is located in Jalan Dr. Abdul Rahman Saleh 26, Senen, Central Jakarta, and inaugurated by President Soeharto in May 1974.
