Should visit the beautiful place that disedia by the beauty of the province is Padang Puncak Lawang, an hour's journey from Bukit Tinggi where the panorama of Lake Maninjau akan salute to the visitor. The lake was formed after a volcano that stands in the place erupted thousands of years ago.
Puncak Lawang is a hang gliding events held there each year in May. Participants from all over the world including Malaysia to gather interesting sport.
If you do not bring food for lunch, the province with the typical cuisine, also has a tasty dish to try.
Nasi Padang is known as the style that serves seven to eight or more plates are placed on the table for customers to choose. Customers will be charged based on the food they consume.
