Insan Malaysia considers tourism in Bali is very important to start working together in development and in efforts to attract foreign tourists to come to that country's neighbor.

"For us, Bali is too important. One of the reasons why we hold the conference of PATA Malaysia also held in Bali in order to maintain this cooperation," said Chairman of PATA Chapter Malaysia, Dato Abu `Amiruddin to ANTARA on the sidelines of the conference which was held in Kuta, Badung regency, Bali, Saturday.

Accompanied PATA President and CEO, Gregory A. Duffell and Secretary General of PATA Bali & Nusa Tenggara Chapter, N Soebrata Ratna, he revealed that his side have a long cooperation with Indonesia, particularly the development of tourism in Bali.

"For example, the development of coastal tourism with Bali as Malaysia has a beach in Langkawi, including cooperation with Puket, Thailand. We will try to continue exploring cooperation in such time-future," he said.

In addition to Bali, he said, his side also establish cooperation with the Yogyakarta and Central Java for the development of heritage tourism, among others, with the manager Borobudur. Malaysia itself on Malacca and Penang to travel past it.

About the conference in Bali, it was revealed that the other goal is to show that the Malaysian tourism still exist and are not affected by various issues, including cases of flu A (H1N1), which was crowded with a Flu Pigs.
