China's tourism revenue in 2009 is expected to rise three percent to 1.2 trillion yuan or 176 billion U.S. dollars, with an increase in domestic travel, which hit as a result of recession and a global outbreak of flu A/H1N1.

Reports indicate that China is expected this year were 124 million tourists, down five percent compared to the previous year. The number of tourists coming to China to spend more than one night will go down 10 percent to 48.2 million people.

Also reported that the amount of travel in China down five percent to 62 million in the first six months of 2009.

Dai Bin, deputy director of the academy, said outbreaks of A/H1N1 in April to make the global tourism industry, which previously has been difficult due to global economic recession.

Dai said although tourism seems akan in natural recovery in the second half of 2009, but pariwista into and out will increase when the spread of flu outbreak can be treated in China.

Domestic tourists are expected this year to reach 1.9 billion people rose 10 percent compared to same period previous year.

Reports also indicate as many as 22.5 million trips outside to occur in January-June, up one percent compared to same period previous year.

Estimated that China's citizens to travel out during 2009 increased three percent to 47 million people.

China's tourism revenue reached 1.16 years ago trillion yuan or 170 billion U.S. dollars, obtained from the 874.9 billion yuan or 128 billion U.S. dollars from the local tourist and 283.9 billion yuan or 41.57 billion U.S. dollars from foreign tourists.
