At this time Komodo National Park (last updated on 30 March 2009) was ranked 11-to 56 nominations from the entry in Group F. Ministry of Culture and Tourism has successfully collected more than 1,000 online votes to support the Komodo National Park as the nomination of a national campaign was selected in the New7Wonders of Nature (The miracle of Nature nuances). In 1000 it was successfully collected within 3 days, when the event execution & Extreme Deep Indonesia 2009 on 27-29 March in Jakarta JICC. During the 3 day exhibition providing visitors Deep & Extreme Indonesia 2009 looks very enthusiastic to support the Komodo National Park to become the World 7 miracle.
Nominations overall in the campaign to phase-2 is comprised of 261 nominations from 222 countries were nominated in the Group 7: (A) Landscape / Ice Formation, (B) Island, (C) Mountain / Volcanoes, (D) Cave / Rock Formation / Valley, (F) Forest / National Parks / Nature Reserve, (G) Lakes / Rivers / Waterfalls, and (H) Seascape.
Komodo National Park should be able to be in the group of 11 F or greater than 77 nominations overall, to stage-2 vote, this will end on 7 July 2009. 77 nominations are to be later by the Expert Team Prof. diketuai. Dardob Mayor, former Director General of UNESCO. This team of experts will select the 21 nominations in the entry selected for the shortlist and advanced in phase-3 to the same time also the final stage and will take place during the years 2010-2011. 21 nominations this announcement will be made on 21 July 2009.
