DESTINATION -Garuda Ready to Fly to Europe

Garuda Indonesia President Director Emirsyah Satar said that Garuda Indonesia airlines ready to fly back to the area of Europe with all preparation, to be successful when started flying back to Europe.

Emirsyah Satar mention it while on the bridge of Indonesia WTM London, Wednesday. Emirsyah Satar's presence in the World Tourism Exchange (World Travel Market, WTM) held at the Excel London since 9 November that, as a speaker in the "Head to Head Airline" held JLS Consulting.

According to Emirsyah, who joined with Garuda Indonesia as the Executive Vice President of Finance in 1998, Garuda made preparations since nine months before the opening of flight routes from Jakarta to Amsterdam.

He said preparations are made to recreate the image of which airlines including Garuda looking logo and a new image with the name of Garuda experience.

Talking about the appearance Garuda experience, Emirsyah said that the concept you want to show is the face of Indonesia as a whole, including its hospitality.

In addition Garuda also has worked with KLM airlines in the context of aircraft maintenance and repair of Garuda in Amsterdam and so did the opposite.

According Emirsyah, lines offered Garuda flight using Airbus 330-200 points Jakarta-Dubai-Amsterdam every day.

Especially when the Boeing 737-800 of Garuda has ordered the flight line came directly Amsterdam to Jakarta, without the need for more transit in Dubai, he said.

Emirsyah, who completed several academic programs at the prestigious Sorbonne University in Paris is also said that after Amsterdam, Garuda plans to open routes to other countries such as Frankfurt, London, Paris and Rome.
