DESTINATION - Denpasar and the French Cooperation Explore Art
Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Denpasar explore cooperation with universities of art in France to expand into international networks, so ISI Denpasar Rector Prof Dr I Wayan Rai S, in Denpasar, on Sunday.
"This is one breakthrough in realizing the vision of an international` go `for ISI Denpasar," he said.
French Ambassador to Indonesia, Philippe Zeller able to visit the ISI Denpasar to encourage the establishment of higher education cooperation between countries that art, especially Bali.
The cooperation is expected to be realized as soon as possible during the ISI Denpasar is well known in France, said Rai.
"ISI was known, among others thanks to one of his lecturers, namely SSn Kariasa Nyoman who had taught percussion and dance performance to the public in France for six months," he said.
Nyoman Kariasa himself admitted, the French and Indonesian citizens living in the country's enthusiasm to learn percussion and dance performance as Balinese dance classes held once a week by the Paris Embassy.
