Lake Louise And Bow Lake

DESTINATION -Spent in Jasper were full of admiration and appreciation for the beauty of the area. Lake Louise was obviously high on the list of places to visit. So we decided to do just that, the famous Icefields Parkway sign. Life is wild, we also saw a bear cub, there was no way we went by car transporters can be followed by a bear!

The stunning scenery along route Icefield is mind bogglingly beautiful. The first stop was in the March issue of Jah Lodge, where they roamed freely through the buildings and landscapes. The lake was still frozen, but the picture, not all players. We spent some time admiring him to leave the walls of wooden chairs lined charm of a poor animal! Hearing an interesting history of ownership, the bar even more interesting. Moose watching the bar was clearly also looking for a little "over time!

Then it was time to move on and we headed slippery, very cold in the van to go to Lake Louise. Tired of this view is that the left was time to see some more. Back on the Icefields Parkway and wild sheep and goats for the show, it was weird to see the roads preamble without a care in the world and all motorists to worship.

Driving to the Fairmont Hotel at Lake Louise was like entering a window tour postcard. We have all seen the pictures of Lake Louise, but it still does not prepare you to be there. Perception is reality, they say, but this time really took the point of view. Simply amazing! The lake was still intact, although most of it was still frozen, so we do not get to see the lake as it is normally shown, but still a waste of time and money to see.

We walked on the shore of the lake in the quiet, partially frozen to admire the clear lake slowly thawing and regret that we are not there to see in the coming weeks. It is surprising to find in the water and could see clearly under the surface.

Beautiful gardens and well-maintained environment, but nothing prevents a squirrel do the squirrels! The image of "murderer" squirrel became famous when he tried to crash picture in the district of Banff.

We left with the joy of having seen and experienced this wonderful place.
