Bandung Institute for Archaeological again found a number of pieces of fossilized prehistoric leftovers in a box of new excavations at the Cave Site Pawon, Mountain Village District Masigit Cipatat West Bandung regency, West Java.
Researchers from the Institute for Archaeological Bandung Yondri Lutfi said the excavation for the purpose of research at the cave site pawon will last two weeks or expire until 4 September 2010.
"The research was conducted by creating a new excavation box. Unlike the boxes used in previous excavations. Hopefully, this finding actually fossils," said Lutfi Yondri.
Previously preached the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Republic of Indonesia proposed that Pawon Cave and Karst nature reserve Citatah made to UNESCO's world heritage.
Cave pawon Seoroso hope can soon become one of the established nature preserve cultural heritage of Indonesia. This was to conserve not only the responsibility of Indonesia but the responsibility of the world.
